How do I make a referral?
If you, a loved-one or a client need services for mental health, substance use or intellectual and developmental disability, you can make a referral to GRASSHOPPER CARE HOMES. After a referral is made, our staff will contact you in 1-2 business days to answer questions about our services and explain how to get started.
